Tiffany has a husband and 3 boys, who are her reason for doing what she does. Business has been in her blood since her youth when she helped run a landscaping business with her siblings. She has managed rentals in Utah, Texas, and Arizona giving her broad experience & knowledge of the business. Tiffany is the co-founder of multiple businesses including Stunning Stays. She has had the opportunity to advise and consult on thousands of management accounts to make sure the owners receive the highest return possible without cutting quality. She takes pride in & enjoys building strong relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level & quality of management and helping people live a life of financial freedom.

Ali Sanchez

Guest Specialist

Ali is a highly experienced hospitality professional with over two decades of expertise. She has a proven track record of success in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards. Additionally, she possesses in-depth property management experience, further enriching her skill set at Stunning Stays. Detail-oriented and dedicated, Ali's meticulous approach sets her apart. She consistently delivers excellence in hospitality and property management. With over 20 years of industry experience, she is driven by excellence in both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ali is a loving mother of two kids, balancing the demands of her career with her commitment to family.

Maintenance Manager

Sara is a dedicated mother and wife, who finds joy in camping and hiking across Arizona during her free moments. With over a decade of expertise in property maintenance, she skillfully manages all remodeling needs, ensuring the expected experience all our Stunning Stays clients have come to enjoy. Her passion for both family and creating inviting spaces is reflected in her meticulous care and commitment to excellence.

Daniel Rosenbaum

Broker

Daniel is an Arizona native and grew up in Gilbert. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Information Systems in 2009 and began his professional real estate career shortly thereafter. He is an experienced Realtor, property manager, & investment specialist. Daniel is responsible for streamlining all investment & property management services. He personally invests in real estate & owns several properties in the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, AZ City, and Thatcher. Daniel is the co-founder, owner, & designated broker for Stunning Stays. He oversees all real estate activity & business development.

Aeryk Weiser

Controller

Aeryk originally grew up in North Dakota and moved to Arizona 5 years ago. He is married with two children and has a bachelor's degree in Business Management. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, any type of physical activity, and spending time with his extended family and friends. For the past decade, he has been a part of the hospitality industry. He has experience with virtually all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, HR, auditing, etc. Aeryk is the Controller for Stunning Stays. He is responsible for ensuring that all invoices, payments, and owner draws are correct and timely. He prides himself on efficiently delivering accurate information.

Nathan Brown

Development Business Manager

Nathan is a car enthusiast, avid mountain biker, husband, and father. As a licensed real estate Broker and REALTOR®, Nathan has made the Phoenix Metro his area of expertise. He is also an experienced real estate appraiser, property manager, home inspector, handyman, and digital marketing strategist. With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from California State University Fullerton, Nathan can provide useful tips for getting the absolute most value out of any transaction. His optimistic approach to real estate is focused around getting to know his clients as real people, and taking care of their needs and concerns as if they are his only clients! Nathan works hard to satisfy the high level of competency, loyalty, and integrity investors in Phoenix demand.
