  • Are your properties Pet Friendly?

    Many Stunning Stays properties warmly welcome pets and are clearly labeled as such on each property's booking page. Should you choose a pet-friendly property and intend to bring along your furry companion, it's imperative to notify Stunning Stays during the reservation process. A non-refundable fee of $200 per pet will be incorporated into the Rental Agreement. If a guest arrives with a pet at one of our pet-friendly properties without prior notification or without settling the pet fee, an additional non-notice fee of $200 will be charged. Bringing a pet into a property that isn't designated as pet-friendly is a serious violation of our policy. Guests found in breach of this will need to immediately vacate the property, forfeiting all prior payments for their stay. In such cases, Stunning Stays will make efforts to move the guest to an available pet-friendly property. All resulting costs from this change, including the pet fee and any charges to restore the original property to its prior condition, will be the guest's responsibility. Lastly, if a guest brings a pet into a non-pet-friendly property and this is discovered post-departure, a non-notice pet fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file.

  • Will I need to pay tax?

    Yes all vacation rentals are subject to Arizona state and local resort tax.

  • How much is your pet fee?

    There is a pet fee added on to each reservation of $199 per pet.

  • Do I need to bring my own linens?

    No, All Stunning Stays properties come complete with a sufficient set of linens and towels, and most properties even include pool towels for your convenience. Before you arrive, we conduct a thorough inventory of these items. Similarly, upon your departure, we'll perform another check. Should there be any discrepancies, an additional charge will be applied to the guest's registered credit card.
